• An experienced Travel Planner can save you considerable time as they will already be familiar with the area you want to visit.
• I am familiar with the distances involved between places, traffic conditions and potential delays that may be encountered along the way
• With so many choices, I can suggest hotels to suit your desire and budget
• The best mode of transport to use on your tour is a major deciding factor and can end up being cost effective or transversely, very expensive and these costs can be minimized
• I can help you handle bookings for hotels, car hire, rail passes, day trips and transatlantic airfares, especially where a small group is traveling together
• Acts as a central point to create a single package with consideration to the budget expenditure total

What does a Travel Planner Cost?

• Surprisingly, just a small fraction of the total cost of your vacation, especially where a family or business group are traveling together
• The rates vary depending upon the length of the vacation and the number of people traveling
• Once you decide to use my services and we have agreed upon the total amount, I will send you a contract for your signature. A 75% payment is required with the signed contract and the balance due when the planning document has been prepared

• A detailed route plan with suggestions for places to stay and visit refined from several initial different route plan suggestions
• For parties over 20, access to private dinners at Stately Homes
• Hotel suggestions, day trips, walking tours or City tours
• Places of Heritage interest that you may like to visit beyond the regular tourist routes

Do I book your hotels, car hire, train and air travel?

• Yes. However, if you prefer to make your own bookings, telephone and fax contact numbers are included in your tour wallet
• A small additional charge will be made to cover the cost of telephone voice and fax charges

Can I have a tour guide accompany us on our tour?

• Yes. I can arrange for a certified tour guide to join you on your tour
• The guide could meet you at the airport, join you later in the tour or just for a single day entirely arranged to suit your personal requirements
